CHAT WITH ROMANCE WRITERS ON TWITTER

ALL DAY, WED AUG. 5TH, 2009

You’re invited to take part in the first ever #askromancewriter day on twitter.

Chat with some of your favorite authors throughout the day.

Fans: Ask your burning questions about upcoming releases, favorite characters, book signing dates etc...

Aspiring Writers: Pick the brains of successful authors about how they got published, what the trends are, writing love scenes etc...

You can ask an author a question directly by going to twitter and using their twitter address: i.e. @JoAnnRoss

Or you can ask a general question to the group.

Make sure your tweets are under 140 characters and include the hashtag #askromancewriter at the end of your tweet.

Or you can use #ARW or #arr

Hashtags start with the # symbol and are one word or one phrase (no spaces) to enable people to search out a topic on Twitter.

So if you use the # hashtag then we can all follow along by typing in #askromancewriter or #ARW or #arw in the search bar.

The purpose of this event is to network baby! And have fun! And gush to your fave authors!

To connect with authors and meet fellow readers/fans as well. It’s also a great way to build “followers” (or friends) on Twitter.
