My grandda McLaughlin always swore my mother was a selkie. Which may be one reason I love this tale, which actress and screenwriter Mary Joyce tells former Marine J.T. Douchett in Moonshell Beach, my July 2012 Shelter Bay #4 book.
Sung by Tommy Makem and Liam Clancy, it's in two parts, and although it's not a video designed to make you laugh, I do hope you'll enjoy it.
