Greetings from Corvallis...Very beautiful pictures there. Newport is my favorite place in the world, and I try to go over there as much as possible. I definitely want to read your book since I like the romance genre...and it's of a local interest.

Thanks, Carol! Yeah, I was so excited when NAL used the photo. As for the stock photo deal, it's sort of like being accepted by an agency if you're an author, so it's definitely fun.

Sheila, thanks, too. The new cameras are super. Both the Nikon and the Cannon are great, but the Nikon just felt so absolutely right in my hand. It also has some photo editing capabilities you can do right on the camera, but I think it's easier to look at them on a screen because you can see more. And, of course, you deserve a new camera! It's also, in your business, a write-off. That's your excuse. You NEED it. LOL Oh, if you're debating, there are some great video reviews of both on YouTube that helped me decide.
